AAAAAAAAHHHHHH.... Really really enjoyed these 2 days!!! It's like a much needed retreat for me! Spent new year's eve at my grandma's place for reunion and watched a movie with dad n bro! FEARLESS! very nice!!!!!!!! Though it's a wushu movie but the storyline is actually more than that la.. it speaks of sportsmanship.. And at some points it was actually quite touching till i teared.. heee~~ And there were some quite gross scenes eek. But on the whole, it was a show worth your 9.50.. And after the show we went over to Holland V! My dad and bro went to Eskibar and I joined a few choir members at TCC!! Happiness! Wahaha.. Very fun~~ Thanks people~ We stayed till 3 plus? WAhah~

A game of 'heart attack' ended up with Jon having 7 cards?! LOL real power.

Oh ya, today is CNY.. XING NIAN KUAI LE! So funny u know, I greeted my neighbour ytd "Auntie, xing nian kuai le" Know what she replied? "Ni yei kuai le" WAHA.. Joker.. Anyway, this morning it was so hard to wake up!!! But have to ma.. Went to my paternal grandma's house first.. There were 2 other families, so I received 3 angbaos~ WAhah.. We ate the traditional dish my ah ma always cooks on cny.. But the families were always gossiping la. BORING.. So I sat at the corner whistling. This is not what cny is all about I think. A time to gather and bring other people down? To make yourself appear higher? But of cos, I remained nonchalant.. again.. So that's not the fun side..

Next I went to my maternal ah ma jia!!! This is more re nao and happening la!! The only hard thing was, like I mentioned, opening the door and walking in! I literally took a deep breath and plucked up my courage to do so.. The sight of so many pairs of shoes outside was kinda intimidating la. So, as expected, when i stepped in, all were curious to see who ma.. so all turned and looked! OH NOoo.. shyness. I don't like this type of attention la wahah.. they commented blablabla.. aiyooo so i sort of "went into hiding" wahaha.. anyway, I had a good time catching up with them! My ah ma and ah gong so loving.. So much so that.. when they first spoke to me just now I teared secretly.. It was just normal conversation but their love was overwhelming la. Silly me.. If I didn't remember wrongly, they only asked me to go eat.. but that alone was filled with love la. Later at night, me my cousin and ah ma were flipping through some old photos and we saw my grandparents' wedding photo! My ah ma told me she was very pretty when she was young! Wahah.
